At Gloss Studio, we’re committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition

All original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene reasons, used nail products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or used gels, oils, or nail liquids

Any item not in its original condition
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in processing.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
